Thomas activley contributed to the team in team meetings by offering ideas on how to keep developing the sports team's social media output, while liasing with the station's webmaster on how the 'Scratch Sport' section of the 'Scratch Media' website could be maintained.
Thomas also successfully coordinated the sports team's social media output by regularly checking for content and uploading the sports team's podcasts on the Scratch Sport Mixcloud page.

Thomas was a well mannered student who engaged with the learners actively as well as helping them in their studies, problem solving exercises as well as also lecturing a small class we ran, with myself shadowing him through the process. He planned his own work, and made sure to employ good questioning techniques as well as having a positive impact on the learners with responded to him well.
